Dear Sir/Madam,
We wish to introduce ourselves and our Company to you. We are a small dynamic Company marketing a range of Vibration Control and Seismic Restraint Products similar to those shown on your Web page.
I would like to start with a short history of our Company. KFD Projects Pty. Ltd. Commenced trading about 10 years ago. We were, along with two of our Associates, sourcing product from the Mason Industries Distributor, here in Australia.
Mason, a couple of years ago, through a management change, decided to market only through their own Distributors. Since then, we have, ourselves and our Associates, been purchasing Product from a multitude of suppliers with sources around the world.
We at KFD Projects, cover the city of Sydney and the State of NSW, Frank McDowell looks after Melbourne and Victoria and Bruce Cremin looks after Brisbane and Queensland. Bruce also is responsible for the Design & Engineering requirements of the 3 of us.
Frank and I have used Mason since 1990 and Bruce sold their products for over 40 years starting in 1973. Between the three of us, we have an extensive knowledge of the Vibration Control and Seismic Restraint Industries and the Marketing requirements of Australia. Our territories, cover the east & south east coast of Australia. This is 77.5% of the population of the Country and holds the 3 main Commercial Cities in the Country.
We have been disappointed with inconsistency of supply and quality of the products we have been purchasing, and are looking for a provider who can supply to us the full range of the Products we Represent.

We have seen your Web Page and believe your Product Range is one we would be very interested in Distributing here in Australia.
KFD Projects, would be the Purchasers for the Group into our Sydney Store, and would be interested in carrying initially AUS $50,000 in stock, covering mainly, the faster moving items, in Both Vibration Control and Seismic Restraint. With increasing quantities as the Product Range is accepted into the Australian Market.
We do hope this letter conveys our sincerity in asking for Supply and possibly a Distributor Agreement in the future.
I have used the word ‘We’ quite a lot in this letter, generally because we are a close group of people with a friendship developed over many years.
We are looking forward to your reply and hopefully some pricing of your product to assist us in formulating our first purchase order of your products into our store.
